Hello! My name is Alissa Rosen, and I am teachin1st grade! I have been at Healthy Learning Academy for 7 years, working in after care and substitute teaching and I am super excited to now have the opportunity to teach here!
I was born and raised in northern Massachusetts and moved to Gainesville in 2016 to finish school. Since then, I have received my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Florida, as well as my Master’s degree in Special Education from the University of Florida. I also received my reading endorsement and ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) endorsement.
